Introduction

****At Core Spaces, I work as a Community Concierge, where the pace is fast, the residents have high expectations, and “efficiency” is a daily balancing act. But when my old manager, Hari, left suddenly, that balance started to unravel.

Hari was the kind of manager who knew everything. I’m talking policies, procedures, exceptions, and tricks for handling tough calls, you name it. When he left, the silence was loud. Suddenly, we were asking each other for answers that no one had written down. Someone joked, “I wish we could clone Hari.” That joke became my seed idea: what if we actually could, not the person, but his knowledge?

That’s how Hari Bot was born! A human-centered digital system designed to capture institutional knowledge and return autonomy to the team that keeps everything running.
